Our festival, held in Congress Square Park is a showcase of local talent and cultural diversity, featuring a wide range of musical genres, delicious cuisine from local vendors, and unique handcrafted items.
We aim to enrich Portland’s cultural landscape and create a sense of belonging for all attendees.
